Zerotime.com has been on the web since 1995. The Zerotime Online Storefront has been serving customers since 1998. We are dedicated to bringing our customers fast, easy and efficient service with quality items.
Currently we are only accepting payments using Paypal.com or personal checks, cashier checks and money orders.
All items are typically shipped within 48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). If items cannot be shipped within 48 hours you will be notified.
Packages will only be shipped on business days Monday through Friday. No packages will be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or any US Postal Holiday.
Packages mailed to destinations inside the United States are shipped using US Priority Mail. Priority Mail is a 3-day delivery service, but as the Post Office tells us the 3 days is not a guarantee. As we have discovered most packages arrive an average of 2 to 5 days after shipping.
Packages mailed to destinations outside the United States will be shipped with the US Airmail Service. Shipping fees will vary and must be calculated depending on your location. If you are outside the United States and wish to purchase items in the Zerotime Storefront contact us with your mailing information and which items in the store you are interested in buying. Someone will contact you with the shipping totals.
If your package has not arrived 15 business days after your order contact us immediately.
If you package arrives damaged contact us immediately. You can return any damaged items for quick, no hassle replacements.
No books can be returned. It's too easy to copy the pages on a computer scanner and return the book. The only exception to this rule is if the book is damaged during shipping, then it can be returned for a "replacement" book.
All paranormal equipment is under a 30-day Zerotime guarantee. If you have any trouble with the equipment in the first 30 days you can return it for a "replacement." We do not replace equipment that has been damaged by the buyer, lost, dropped, smashed, run over with a car, etc. We also do not replace equipment that has been damaged by an act of God such as a flood, earthquake, rainstorm, hailstorm, etc.
